Chesterfield General Hospital awards the Employee of the Year award to Faye Coleman, Accounts Payable Coordinator. Faye is responsible for processing invoices for all departments in the hospital and clinics. She is also assists the Controller with monthly and annual report preparation and analysis. "Faye is a team player who works hard to keep things running smoothly in her department. She is always willing to assist other departmen or employees with invoices," states Nathan Crabdree, Chief Financial Officer.

Faye was selected out of 12 employees who all earned the designation of Employee of the Month because she is a dedicated member of the hospital team, professional in her work, willing to jump in and solve problems, committed to representing the hospital in community events, and able to function in multiple positions throughout the hospital. Faye recently celebrated her 15th anniversary with the hospital. She began her career as a Lab Secretary and then trained to be a Phlebotomist. She applied for the Accounts Payable Coordinator position and has remained in this position for the last 8 years. Faye also assists the Registration and Switchboard department as needed when members of that team are out.
Faye is a dedicated member of the hospital team, a member of Westside Baptist Church and a mother to Dana and Stephen.
