This program consists of 12 week exercise regimen closely managed by a board certified RN. Also, a nutrition evaluation will be performed by the hospital nutritionist. Education is offered on disease process, nutrition, medications, lifestyle changes, stress management, smoking cessation and healthy lifestyle changes.
After the 12 week program is completed, we offer a health maintenance exercise program. This will allow the participants to continue with the newly acquired healthy lifestyle.
